THE MRLS
The
Mining Rights and Licensing Section (MRLS) is tasked with the processing of mining applications such as Mineral Production Sharing
Agreements, Financial and Technical Assistance Agreement,
Exploration Permits, etc.
Registration of Mining related documents is also one of the functions of
the MRLS.
Small Scale Mining Permit Applications within the Siruma White Clay Mineral
Reservation are accepted at the Regional Office upon payment by the
applicant of the
required filing and PD 1856 fees. |

TO ALL Mining Applicants !!
The
MGB has adopted the three (3) letters Notice policy in exacting
compliance of mining applicants with all requirements to support
mining applications. Failure to comply with requirements
shall be a ground for the denial of your mining application.
If
your address has been changed please notify our Office
immediately. Be reminded that it is your obligation to inform
this Office of any change in your address.
