Residents in these areas are advised to take precautionary measures and prepare for possible landslides after 3 to 5 days of nearly continuous rains.

Residents most at risk are those living on slopes close to former landslides, those who live along gullies or “kalis” and those living downslope of hills with ground cracks. (Arlene E. Dayao,Supervising Geologist)
